Rocoteño 10cl - Artisan Hot Sauce - Pica & Repica

Both sweet and warming, this sauce is made primarily from green Jalapeño peppers, as well as a few red ones. The finely ground pepper, along with the slightly sweet apple notes developed by these pepper varieties, will add roundness to your dishes while providing a hint of heat.

Ingredients:pepper (70%), white wine vinegar, onion, garlic, salt, pepper.

Pica & Repica

Lucas founded Pica & Repica following his experiments with developing hot sauces. He started by growing many varieties of peppers and then began making hot sauces to preserve his harvests.
