Presentation

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sales made on the Edelmarket site, operated by a sole proprietorship located at:

1162 St-Prex, Switzerland

By placing an order on the site, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these GTCS.

Products

The products sold are described accurately and honestly. The photographs are for indicative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Prices

The prices displayed are in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included.
Edelmarket reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

Order

Any order is considered firm after payment validation.
Edelmarket reserves the right to refuse an order in case of payment issues or suspicion of fraud.

Payment

The accepted payment methods are:
  • Credit card: Visa & Mastercard
  • Twint
  • Bank transfer (payment in advance by QR invoice)
Payment is secured via our online payment providers.

Delivery

Delivery only in Switzerland in the cantons of Vaud and Geneva.

Delivery times: Deliveries take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The order must be validated 24 hours before the desired delivery slot.

Delivery charges: They are indicated during the ordering process.

Delivery issues:
  • The customer must check the products upon receipt.
  • In case of damage or missing parcels, the customer must contact Edelmarket within 48 hours.

Right of return

In Switzerland, there is no mandatory right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

However, Edelmarket may grant a voluntary return under certain conditions:
  • Unopened / sealed product
  • Non-perishable product
  • Return within 7 days (return costs to be borne by the customer)

Warranties

The products are subject to the warranties provided by Articles 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (warranty against defects).

The customer has 7 days after receipt to report a defect.

Liability

Edelmarket is not responsible for:
  • delays caused by carriers
  • site interruptions
  • indirect damages related to the use of its products.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law.
